At Volza, we aim to deliver your orders safely and promptly across India.

1. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
During high-demand periods, processing may take longer, but you will be notified in such cases.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
All shipments are made through trusted courier partners with tracking information shared via email once dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment. Certain offers or minimum order values may qualify for free shipping.

4. Delays and Exceptions

Volza is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Courier network delays.

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@shopvolza.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.

6. Address Changes

Address changes can be made only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, address modification is not possible.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
