Refund & Replacement Policy

At Volza, customer satisfaction matters to us. While we do not offer refunds, we provide replacements for eligible cases as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement is offered only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • A replacement request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

2. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement:

  1. Email hello@shopvolza.com with your order ID and reason for replacement.

  2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Wait for our confirmation before returning the product.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share return instructions. A replacement will be shipped after inspection.

3. Non-Replacement Items

Replacements are not offered for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • Delays due to courier or delivery agent.

4. Timeframe

Replacement processing usually takes 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Refund Clause

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements are provided for eligible claims.
